It’s almost done
Hello Ladies and Gentleman!
Currently we have the 3rd of June and this means only one thing: HELL IT’S (almost) ABOUT TIME! When we have a close look at our calendar it says: 19 days to go until lift off @FRA.
Since my internship @ NEWeco-tec (thank you guys, you were AWESOME) ended a few days ago I now have clearly enough time to think about all the upcoming stuff. Still I need to organize some things like bying adapter or getting my international driver license, but…that’s about it. I am ready to go and leave Germany for the duration of at least one year. If I find job opportunities in the engineering consulting / management industry I will stay a few years longer…might even immigrate but that’s sth to discuss when it’s about time.
After arriving at 9.30 am in Coolangatta I’ll stay the first few days @ Trekkers Backpackers. In a 6 mixed bedroom I’ll spend some time to search for shared accomodations near Griffith University. By the way guys: get in touch w/ me NOW if you know anyone who’s actually in Gold Coast. I’d like to get in contact w/ as many interesting people as possible. I already did some research regarding shared accomodations in Gold Coast. easyroommate is perfect for this. I also searched on realestate.com.au but it seems that easyroommate is especially prepared for students and low-cost living opportunities.
I’ll take both of my photo cameras with me. The D90 for landscape and portrait photography and my old Casio Exilim for party and snapshots. I’ll keep you updated on new stuff. There will be a short entry right before my departure and maybe I get the opportunity to blog at the Airport of Singapore and/or Sydney.
Taking a quick look at this post it’s maybe a bit too long. The rising number of sentences in each post symbolize the rising excitement of me.
g’day, cu soon
